Service Description
$120 upfront for the entire package; 3 sessions. The first package to start you on your journey to positive health change. For those who want support to make positive lifestyle changes from their own homes. What's included; - 3 x accredited health and wellness coaching sessions 40min- 1hr each - Mental fitness tools as part of the sessions - Access to recorded mindfulness techniques - Workbook for Change PDF Available via Zoom. Valid for three months only; 3 sessions can be used within 3 months of the initial session. Packages can be refunded up to the day after the initial session or a week after purchase. After this time, refunds cannot be given, including having not completed any or all of the package sessions.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please log into your account at www.ambrosiahealthwellness.com.au and click on 'my bookings'. You can cancel or reschedule anytime before the appointment time, but please try to in advance. Alternately, please call 0415051478 in service hours. Packages or sessions cannot be transferred to other people.
